Shipping

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package.

Estimated delivery times:

International: 14 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
